Shock Paddles are a developer only tool, used as a revive. It has the icon of the common medic revive, except it is in the inventory and appears to have infinite usage. As of 4/16/16, it is currently unfathomable to even consider adding the shock paddles to public usage, although developers (notably DOOM), have used shock paddles during public games, proving their existence. However, shock paddles only serve as a function for developers in emergencies, and as for the public, they will have to rely on medics.
dev tend to only use this in pub games with new players.. to help the learning curve.
